Curryyy

2 Tomaten // Tomatoes
Dosentomaten od. Tomatenmark // canned tomatoes or tomato puree
1 Dose Kokosmilch (ungesüßt) // 1 can coconut milk (unsweetened)
1 große Zwiebel // onion
1 Stückchen Ingwer // ginger
Ananasstückchen // some pineapple pieces
Salz, Pfeffer // salt, pepper

  1. Hähnchenbrust in Stücke schneiden und in etwas Sojasoße und Currypulver kurz einlegen. Währenddessen Zwiebel in Würfeln schneiden. Zwiebelstücke und das Fleisch in Öl braten.
  5. Curry ziehen lassen und mit Reis servieren. Bon Appetit!

Slice the meat, tomatoes, ginger and onion in pieces and let the meat steep in soy sauce and curry. Broil the meat with the sliced onion in oil until the chicken is cooked. Add the tomatoes and tomato puree to the meat and mix everything. Now you can add the coconut milk and ginger.
Flavour it with curry, salt and pepper. If you like to you can add some soy sauce too. Finally put in the pineapple pieces - you can skip this step if you don't like pineapple in your curry.
Let the curry steep for a few minutes and it's ready to be served. Enjoy this dish!
